Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven CFO to lead the Finance function of a multinational FMCG company. The role will oversee FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, and Finance Strategy, while partnering closely with the leadership team to drive business growth, profitability, and financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, and Finance Strategy functions.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business performance management.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strong internal controls.
• Oversee cash flow, treasury operations, and working capital management.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team.
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• CPA qualification is required.
• 15+ years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role (CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent).
• Experience in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, Consumer Pharma, Personal Care, or Food & Beverage industries.
• Strong expertise in FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, and Finance Strategy.
• Experience in a multinational organization is highly preferred.
