Job Description
- Lead the overall finance function, providing strategic financial leadership and partnering with the executive team to drive business growth, profitability, and long-term value creation.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes, ensuring accurate and timely insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure robust financial governance, risk management, compliance, and internal control frameworks are maintained in line with regulatory and corporate requirements.
- Drive commercial finance initiatives by delivering actionable analysis and recommendations that optimise revenue, margins, cash flow, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
- Manage relationships with key external stakeholders, including auditors, banking partners, and regulators, while supporting strategic projects, business transformation initiatives, and investment decisions.
A Successful Finance Professional Should Have
- CPA with proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally as a CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent executive position within a complex, multinational, or consumer-facing organisation.
- A strong track record of developing and executing financial strategies that drive sustainable growth, profitability, and shareholder value.
- Exceptional commercial acumen, with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights and influence decision-making at executive and board level.
- Competitive salary ranging from PHP5,200,000 to PHP7,540,000 annually.
- Permanent position within the FMCG industry.
