Role Overview

The role will be responsible for planning and executing marketing and sales initiatives that drive revenue growth and brand visibility. Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales activation, trade marketing, or brand activation within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
• At least 3 years of leadership or people management experience.
• Proven track record in planning and executing sales promotions, product launches, and large-scale events.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
