The Channel Deployment Lead will manage the end-to-end deployment of omni-channel initiatives across assigned channels and regions, ensuring effective execution of visibility and pricing strategies. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and external stakeholders to translate commercial plans into scalable, data-driven programs that improve customer experience and business performance.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead implementation of omni-channel initiatives, including visibility and pricing programs
• Ensure consistent deployment of POSM and shopper-facing assets across channels
• Align execution with brand, operational, and channel strategies
• Identify risks early and coordinate mitigation plans with stakeholders
• Partner with Marketing to execute visibility and pricing strategies across touchpoints
• Validate pricing mechanics and optimize promotional deployment
• Align HQ, field, and commercial stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
• Share insights and support strategic planning and decision-making
• Manage external agencies for POSM and visibility initiatives
• Act as the key liaison between internal teams and external partners
• Conduct regular field visits (approx. 60%) for trade interviews and execution reviews
• Translate field insights into actionable improvements
• Develop dashboards and reporting templates
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, channel management, or commercial deployment
• Experience in managing third-party agencies
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
