About The Job
The C RM Communications Manager oversees all cash loan communications sent to Home Credit customers through touchpoint s ensu ring timely , relevant, engaging, consistent and aligned materials. This role will be the overall in charge of the design and execut i on of cash loan communication campaigns from end to end . Critical to this role is the strategic approach on who, how and when to communicate cash loan products to eligible customer base.
What Youll Do
- Cash Loan C ommunication s Leader and expert
- End-to-end campaign management for cash loan
- Support and Oversee c ommunications specialists
- Build and manage cash loan campaigns to cover all customer lifecycle stages
- Design marketing & channel communication across customer’s touch points
- Create tactical and strategic marketing and sales campaigns to ensure target volume and parameters are met or exceeded
- Develop outbound and inbound marketing campaigns that will support and boost cross-sell efficiency
- Utilize analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Define analytics and reporting to track the effectiveness of the initiatives
- Optimize existing product appeal through new product services or cross- sell related business processes
- Daily / regular cooperation with other relevant departments ( e.g. Streams, Marketing Communication, Sales, Risk, Finance, and Operations)
What You Need To Have
- 5+ years’ experience in a CRM or Marketing communications role.
- Previous experience in a Fintech company is an advantage. Industries like F MCG, Banking, Retail, Digital media & multi-cultural, preferred.
- Demonstrate professional communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills with the ability to offer unique solutions and clearly convey complex results and concepts

- Ability to be upbeat in a fast-paced & evolving environment while meeting production goals & requested deadlines
- Experience handling a team
