Job Description

The primary role is to oversee all cash loan communications sent to Home Credit customers through touchpoints ensuring timely, relevant, engaging, consistent and aligned materials.

What You’ll Do

  • End-to-end campaign management for cash loan
  • Support and Oversee communications specialists
  • Build and manage cash loan campaigns to cover all customer lifecycle stages
  • Design marketing & channel communication across customer’s touch points
  • Create tactical and strategic marketing and sales campaigns to ensure target volume and parameters are met or exceeded
  • Develop outbound and inbound marketing campaigns that will support and boost cross-sell efficiency
  • Utilize analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Define analytics and reporting to track the effectiveness of the initiatives

What You Need To Have

  • Previous experience in a Fintech company is an advantage. Industries like FMCG, Banking, Retail, Digital media & multi-cultural, preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a CRM or Marketing communications role.
  • Experience handling a team
