Career Support Group Manager Recruitment

The Career Support Group Manager is responsible for leading the Career Support team and ensuring the function performs efficiently, delivers quality results, and supports business growth. This role oversees team leaders and staff, improves processes, aligns operations with company goals, and develops future leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and achieve department goals, including placements, quality of service, and team productivity.
• Turn business objectives into clear action plans and performance targets.
• Monitor performance trends, identify risks or opportunities, and take corrective action when needed.
• Lead, coach, and support Career Support Leads, Specialists, and Associates.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development and succession planning.
• Build leadership capabilities and prepare team members for future leadership roles.
• Oversee workflows, processes, standards, and escalation procedures.
• Identify recurring issues and implement long-term process improvements.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operational alignment.
• Act as the main Career Support representative for leadership teams in the Philippines.
• Provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment operations, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), contact center management, or workforce management.
• Proven experience leading teams in high-volume environments, including managing performance, client relationships, and candidate coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle client and candidate concerns or escalations effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and drive team performance and service quality.
