Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and creative Campaigns & Community Intern to support the Mom & Babies, Health category and platform campaigns from planning to execution. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in campaign management, data-tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with our MBH Campaigns Manager to help coordinate promotions, assist in campaign planning, monitor performance metrics, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns on our platform.

This internship will give you exposure to the end-to-end campaign process — from brainstorming ideas, coordinating with account managers and brands, managing timelines, to reviewing results and recommending improvements.

On top of this, you will be a key contributor to the success of our monthly recurring category campaigns, Mom Goals and Super Health Sale.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing category campaigns and creator initiatives for Mom & Babies, Health categories.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are met.
• Help create campaign registration, monitor registration rate progress, assist in promotion setting, and writing post-mortem reports.
• Monitor campaigns and flag issues or opportunities for better campaign performance.
• Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
• Conduct price check and monitoring to ensure PAPE vs. competitor platforms.
• Compile post-campaign results and assist in analyzing performance data.
• Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks for the campaigns team.
  
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and handling large sets of data.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar) is a plus.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Familiar with social media and e-commerce platforms.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous internship or organizational experience related to content operations, communications, or community building is an advantage.
