Campaign Operations Project Intern Groceries E-Commerce - 2026 Start BS MS

Responsibilities

FMCG, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Groceries team focuses on driving the growth of the Food & Beverages and Pet Supplies categories through account management, as well as various projects and activations such as campaigns.

The intern will gain a full 360-degree experience in planning and executing various e-commerce campaigns, from brainstorming and strategy development to execution and post-campaign analysis. In addition to strengthening technical and analytical skills, the intern will also develop essential soft skills that will support their growth and success in future corporate roles.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities

• Support the operation side of campaign, especially pre-campaign requirements:
• Process design request and campaign page creation (for category level campaigns).
• Closely collaborate with Account Managers to complete requirements and brand request.
• Monitor pre-campaign assignment progress and set reminders /call outs to Account Managers.
• Campaign Voucher creation based on category data.
  
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in business or a related discipline.
• Highly motivated to learn about e-commerce, enthusiastic and shows initiative.
• Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other design apps.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous internship or organizational experience related to content operations, communications, or community building is an advantage.
