Campaign Analytics Team Leader

The primary role is to oversee a team responsible for the creation of communication and offer-based campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Set up communication and offer store campaigns (atch /real time) in RTDM
• Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to understand campaign objectives.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and segmentation opportunities.
• Use analytical insights to refine and optimize campaign strategies.
• Maintain documentation of campaign specifications, workflows, and results.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment with business goals.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Manage, mentor and train team members
• Closely coordinate and manage stakeholders
  
  

• At least 5 years of experience in CRM Campaigns or marketing campaigns
• At least 4 year hands-on experience in end-to-end campaign and understanding of offer store ,and banking domain knowledge
• Strong understanding of the banking domain is required
• With hands-on experience in creating SAS batch and real-time campaigns, including end-to-end process knowledge.
• Proficiency in SAS/SQL programming.
