Develop and execute the business unit strategy and annual operating plans aligned with Medtronic Philippines growth objectives.
Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability across the assigned therapy portfolio.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies.
Commercial & Market Development
Lead the execution of sales and marketing strategies to increase adoption of Medtronic therapies across hospitals and healthcare institutions.
Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), surgeons, and hospital decision-makers.
Support product launches and lifecycle management strategies.
Team Leadership
Lead and develop high-performing teams including sales managers, clinical specialists, and marketing professionals.
Drive a strong performance culture through coaching, capability building, and talent development.
Stakeholder Engagement
Establish strategic relationships with hospital administrators, healthcare providers, and industry partners.
Work closely with internal teams including Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain.
Operational & Financial Management
Manage the P&L performance of the business unit, including forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10-15 years of experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare industry.
Proven track record in commercial leadership, sales management, and market development.
Experience managing large teams and driving business growth in a complex healthcare environment.
