Job DESCRIPTION

The responsibility of the right candidate will be to actively participate to the deployment, support and adoption of our business transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Business Transformation Team leader.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Act as a key person in the delivery of business transformation initiatives
• Drive and oversee end-to-end business transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Act as the link between Operations and IT teams to gather and validate business requirements
• Lead and keep log of workshops to get a deep understanding of the various relevant business processes
• Write project documentation (solution design documents, technical specifications….)
• Ensure users adoption of the projects by monitoring the users' acceptance
• Create training material & participate in user training
• Coach and mentor the local Business Analysis team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including clients, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout project lifecycles
• Support the Business Transformation team lead in the preparation of projects KPIs / timelines & capacity plannings
• Work closely with the Business Transformation team lead and escalate any issues or concerns
  
  

Your PROFILE

• You have a bachelor degree in Accounting, Economics or IT; a Master's degree or relevant professional certification would be a plus
• You are fluent in English; any additional language is considered an asset
• You are detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive, with a strong ability to navigate complex organizational environments
• You have 8+ years of relevant experience in the fields of alternative investment fund administration, audit firms or domiciliation, including experience in a senior or leadership capacity
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and stakeholder satisfaction
• Proven experience working in project mode across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies; familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps or Confluence is considered an asset
• Experience with accounting systems in a similar role (gathering user requirements, enhancement requests, working on systems implementations, training) will be an advantage
• An experience in eFront FrontInvest (FIA) solution would be a plus
