The Crisis Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and leading crisis response strategies across the Asurion APAC and Japan regions. This role ensures the region and organization is prepared for and can effectively respond to international emergencies, including geopolitical conflicts, natural disasters, pandemics, cyber incidents, and supply chain disruptions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, international relations, and emergency response, with the ability to operate under pressure in complex, high-stakes environments.
As a member of the Global Security & Risk team, the Crisis Manager will work with regional country leaders, crisis management teams and support functions to ensure proper planning and execution prior to, during and after an incident and/or crisis. The Crisis Manager will work with and interact with the Global Business Resiliency team and Security Operation Centers to allow for a consistency approach and response to said incidents and/or crisis.
