Your Role

Are you ready to lead impactful payroll and time initiatives on a global scale? In this role, you’ll drive the planning, coordination, and execution of payroll and time & attendance projects. As a key player in the implementation of a global payroll operating model, you’ll manage organizational and system transitions while ensuring efficient, compliant, and effective solutions. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, monitor progress, and resolve challenges to keep projects on track. Your expertise will enhance continuous improvement in payroll processes globally while ensuring alignment with the broader employee services strategy.

Who You Are

  • At least 4 years’ experience in different roles in a GBS organization or comparable process relevant roles
  • Experience working in diverse international teams demonstrating success in positions involving interactions with multiple departments and external parties.
  • Experience in major projects and initiatives aimed at implementing measurable process improvements.
  • Experience in payroll, including knowledge of social security, compliance, and legal regulations.
  • Significant expertise in global payroll and time management processes, with experience in implementing payroll strategies and transformation projects.
  • Tech-Savvy: The ability to leverage technology to streamline payroll processes and troubleshoot issues while integrating payroll systems with HR and finance functions.
  • Proven track record in project leadership, including stakeholders management , budget planning and execution for payroll initiatives.
  • Understanding of payroll systems, including interfaces, and data management.
  • Proficient in process improvement and performance management methodologies such as LEAN, with a solid grasp of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Familiarity with HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
