As the Invoice to Pay (I2P) Global Business Process Expert you will work within the Global Business Services (GBS) Procurement FS organization, as part of the I2P Global Process Owner (GPO) department, enabling an effortless I2P experience for our employees and external suppliers.

You will be involved in implementation of new AP Workflow from requirements gathering throughout validation and testing. Gatekeeper to I2P Process taxonomy, policies, standards and roles authorizations for Procurement I2P. Highly focused on continuous improvement and automations from the invoice ingestion until invoice posting using configuration of conditions and business rules in the latest technology as well ideas for internal team sset upand alignment with supplier for most standard invoice structure and layout.

You will oversee reviewing and approving Knowledge Materials, Test Scripts, Global Work Instructions, and Training materials related to AP Workflow – Invoicetrack by Springtime. You are additionally conducting end-user training for your respective area with the mentioned systems involved.

Main Tasks

• Project Key user, during AP Workflow implementation
• Gathering requirements incl. local legal exceptions during design & build phase for new AP Workflow
• Consultancy: Assess the need for deviations, change Requests regarding I2P process in newly implementation AP workflow
• Testing: Review & modify test scripts & scenarios for AP workflow implementation, test solution
• Process improvement and system enhancements: seeking for efficiency potential in system usage and functionalities. Analyze ERP and Worfkflow processes to reduce deviations. Support digitalization through technology deployments.
• Process standardization: you will support the standardization of the I2P processes across systems and propose streamlining solutions
• Training: Review training materials, and work instructions for AP Workflow solution and onboard new Key Users; act as the content owner for Procure4You(Knowledge materials) articles
• Fostering knowledge management in virtual Key User, and IT Management meetings. Furthermore, you will bring benefit to the organization by providing insights into performance and efficiency measurements as well as deep-dive reports.
  
  

Who You Are

• University degree (business related) – master’s degree strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Purchasing/Procurement area in an international environment
• Strong P2P process knowledge with focus on Accounts Payable Workflow in SAP FI preferably Invoicetrack by Sprigtime
• Experience in AP auto-postings /OCR/ EDI / e-invoicing implementation would be an advantage
• Experience in proactively driving ERP improvement initiatives and finding best-practice solutions
• Very good communication skills with acting in a way that makes a positive impact
• Customer oriented and very good understanding of business requirements
• Strong determination and self-motivation
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Fluent in English with ability to work in an international team .
