Job Summary

The position supports the Business Process and Innovation Team in enabling all departments how to plan, design, control, and act on their processes and initiatives toward value creation and goal attainment.

The role covers Business Process Management and Document Control, Management Systems, Innovation, and Change Management. The role is expected to co-champion continuous improvement to ensure that the organization is always operating on best practices.

BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT

Reviews business process documents of Build, Plan, Development, and Execute (PDE), Shared Services, and Technology groups.

Conducts activities related to 1RE Value Stream through collaboration with the process owners in evaluating and developing business processes to deliver value to organizational goals.

Supports business process champions in continuously improving their workstreams aligned with risk-based management systems and legal/regulatory requirements.

Conducts the facilitation of root cause analysis and identification of corrective actions on the critical issues of the management.

DOCUMENT AND RECORD CONTROL

Monitors document and records management through the standardization of templates, implementation of disposal and retention period, and Enterprise Management System administration.

Provides requests for Enterprise Management System license creation and immediate systems support

MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Assists the implementation of Quality Management Systems in all sites and plants by ensuring all QMS programs are happening through ensuring compliance with quality standards and continuous improvement of quality processes.

Supports in the implementation of Integrated Management Systems (including but not limited to Occupational Health Management Systems, Environmental Management Systems, Business Continuity Management Systems, Asset Management Systems, etc.) by ensuring all external audits are happening based on schedules through regular coordination and review with management system owners.

INNOVATION MANAGEMENT

Co-leads in the implementation of 1RE Inyovation Program aligned with 1AP from ideation and screening of initiatives, tollgates/reviews, closure, presentation,and conduct of enabling sessions (Lean Six Sigma/Agile Scrum/Design Thinking, etc.) to ensure to ensure that Innovation value is embedded on how we do the business.

Supports critical process improvement projects with Build, PDE, Shared Services, and Technology groups to ensure that we operate on best practices through problem-solving and process optimization techniques

Supports the implementation of the Agile Program to ensure that employees continue to adopt the agile way of working through improving processes, capability building sessions, monitoring of agile projects and culmination.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT

Reviews and consolidates Operational Change Management plans so process changes are managed effectively and efficiently through collaboration with process owners.

Reviews and consolidates Project Change Management plans to ensure various aspects of changes particularly in People, Process and Technology through collaboration with project leaders/teams/

Supports the Change Management Office monthly review to ensure complex changes of projects and processes are monitored by concerned stakeholders.

Management, Representation And Other Duties

Ensures projects and activities aligned with department goals and objectives are completed based on schedules

Processes payments from planned activities and initiatives

Represents the department/organization in meetings and conferences in lieu of the BPI Team Leaders

Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by his/her immediate leader

Qualifications

  • Graduate of B.S. Industrial Engineering or any Engineering degree.
  • Completed at least 1 continuous improvement-related training/certification, including but not limited to Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Project Management, Change Management, Design Thinking, and Quality Management Systems.
  • At least 1 year of combined experience in business process management, program and project management, internal audit, certification/accreditation attainment, and, training facilitation.
  • One (1) vacancy available at Makban or Makati or Benguet.
