Job Description

Lead identification and acquisition to secure strategic partnerships in the insurance & superannuation sectors.
Design innovative strategies to enhance Kwik.insures market presence and customer base.
Undertake competitor analysis and stay ahead of industry trends.
Negotiate and manage commercial agreements aligning with company metrics.
Measure and report on the success of business development efforts.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
Strong understanding of B2B operations, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office; highly analytical with a data-driven decision-making approach.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Track record of developing customized solutions for B2B partners and enhancing operational performance.
