As a Business Development Manager - Health Care Services at B. Braun you plays a vital role in driving the growth and market expansion of Health Care Services. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and partnerships, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to enhance market presence. The role requires a deep understanding of the dialysis market in the Philippines with excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development through. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate sales data in Salesforce (ALEXIS) by creating and managing opportunities, logging all customer and account interactions, and converting assigned leads to drive pipeline, sales and growth.
Your key responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and SWOT analyses to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for dialysis center expansion and profitability.
- Develop and execute business development strategies, go‑to‑market plans, and business models tailored to various segments and locations.
- Identify and evaluate potential partners, sites, and strategic alliances with hospitals, nephrologist groups, and other key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships, serving as the main point of contact and driving customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Lead the full expansion cycle—from lead generation to deal closing—while tracking performance metrics and ensuring alignment with operations, marketing, and digital teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, prepare business development reports for senior management, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What you will bring to the team:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Medical, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare industry, ideally with experience in expanding brick‑and‑mortar facilities.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth and executing expansion initiatives, with strong knowledge of the renal market, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship‑building, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Proficient in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, Microsoft Office, and experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously; able to work independently or collaboratively in fast‑paced environments.
- Willing to travel as needed, must hold a valid driver’s license, and possess strong project development and implementation skills.
