Develop and implement business continuity plans to ensure operational resilience across all sites.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and business impact analyses (BIA).
Manage crisis situations by leading response efforts and ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
Oversee continuity testing and ensure alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.
Utilize IT continuity tools to monitor and enhance systems readiness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of continuity strategies.
Provide leadership and training to teams on environmental health, safety, and security protocols.
Maintain compliance with industry standards and implement continuous improvements in processes.

A Successful Business Continuity And EHSS Manager Should Have

Strong knowledge of business continuity planning, crisis management, and operational resilience.
Expertise in conducting risk assessments and business impact analyses (BIA).
