Summary: As a Business Architect, you will engage in identifying opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state of operations. Your typical day will involve capturing high-level requirements and defining business solutions that align with organizational goals. You will translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, supporting transformation initiatives by developing business cases and guiding their implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and foster collaboration among stakeholders. - Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with English Language. - Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis. - Experience in developing business cases and project proposals. - Proficiency in stakeholder management and communication. - Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technology solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - This position is based at our Manila office.
