Description

The Role

• Create and lead a small dynamic team to act as a Pool of Service supporting the portfolio & associated Programmes.
• Design Engagement tools to support resource allocations
• Create Functional Team reporting on Demand and Capacity
• Creation of supporting analysis artefacts such as process and data models where appropriate Recommend controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures
• Lead information gathering esearch to feed into project artefacts necessary to meet Stage Gates.
• Support Project manager in gathering and creating requirements through liaising with key stakeholders within the business
• Analyse impact of changes to policies, processes and technology
• Consulting and working with stakeholders from across WTW
• Proactively engage with departments across WTW to understand current procedures and technologies used
• Writing and owning user stories and acceptance criteria where appropriate
• Consider all audit, compliance, security requirements during projects
• Ad hoc reporting as required.
  
  

• Past experience in Leading & Empowering resources in your Teams
• Gap analysis experience
• Broad knowledge of Technology “On Prem” and “Cloud”
• Financial Services background
• Team player and collaboration skills
• Agile/Waterfall or combined experience
• Analyse impact of change experience
• Able to multi task and work with differing stakeholders
• Coherent, concise verbal and written communication
• Writing and refining User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
