The Opportunity at a Glance

We’re looking for a Business Analyst / QA Engineer to join a growing organization in the healthcare and allied health services sector, supporting internal systems, automation, and product delivery. This is a hybrid role that combines business analysis, quality assurance, and automation, with a strong focus on leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform to improve workflows and reduce manual effort.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across clinical, operational, and technical teams—translating requirements into solutions, ensuring quality, and driving automation initiatives that create real efficiency across the business. This is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, building systems, and taking ownership of both delivery and quality.

• Translate business needs into clear user stories with structured acceptance criteria


• Own requirements end-to-end—from discovery through to delivery and validation


• Design and build automations using Microsoft Power Platform (MANDATORY)


• Identify manual processes and implement solutions using:

  • Power Apps
  
  
  • Power BI dashboards
  
  
  
  


• Integrate systems across platforms (e.g. CRM, Microsoft tools, APIs)


• Execute functional, regression, and UAT testing to ensure quality delivery


• Log, track, and resolve defects across systems


• Validate automation workflows before and after deployment


• Plan and manage delivery across projects, timelines, and stakeholders


• Facilitate coordination between technical and non-technical teams


• Maintain documentation including:

  • Automation documentation
  
  
  • Internal guides and knowledge bases
  
  
  
  


• Use AI tools to improve efficiency in:
  
  
  
  • Test case creation

(Non-negotiable requirements)

• Are based in the Philippines


• Have 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, QA, or hybrid BA/QA role


• Have strong hands-on experience with:
  
  
  
  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) (MANDATORY)
  
  
  
  


• Have experience writing:
  
  
  
  • User stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases
  
  
  
  


• Have hands-on experience in:
  
  
  
  • Manual testing, defect tracking, and UAT
  
  
  
  


• Have experience working with:
  
  
  
  • APIs, system integrations, or connected platforms
  
  
  
  


• Have a strong understanding of:
  
  
  
  • Software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  
  
  • Agile methodologies
  
  
  
  


• Are highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills


• Can work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Experience with Salesforce or enterprise CRM systems


• Experience with tools such as:
  
  
  
  • Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
  
  
  
  


• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-900)


• Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboards


• Exposure to UX design, wireframing, or prototyping tools


• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and productivity

• Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT


• Remote work setup


• Must be willing to report onsite in BGC, Taguig once per month
