What The Role Will Entail

• Maintaining a deep understanding of the Banks products, processes, and workflows.
• Analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and automation.
• Identifying opportunities to implement new technologies to streamline processes and enhance performance.
• Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and system developers, ensuring the final product meets business needs and translating requirements into functional specifications.
• Collaborating with development teams to design and document system workflows, data models, and user interfaces.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of business requirements, project specifications, policies, and procedures aligned with the Banks governance directives.
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, IT, or Management Information Systems is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, data science, app development, systems analysis, project management, banking, or finance.
• Strong understanding of business goals, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
