This role sits within a high-performing software and technology team, supporting a custom-built platform that powers operations, clinical workflows, and internal systems. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and developers to ensure solutions are not only well-defined—but actually work in real-world use.

This is a hybrid Business Analyst role, ideal for someone who enjoys breaking down complex requirements, thinking holistically about systems, and taking ownership of end-to-end delivery quality.

• Break down high-level requirements into clear, structured user stories with acceptance criteria and test cases


• Translate business needs into actionable tasks for developers, ensuring clarity and completeness


• Apply holistic systems thinking—identifying dependencies, risks, and downstream impacts before development begins


• Take ownership of end-to-end quality, validating that features work as intended after delivery


• Support and participate in manual testing, UAT, and defect validation


• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and internal teams to ensure alignment


• Triage and resolve IT support requests, escalating where necessary


• Maintain clear and structured documentation, process guides, and system updates


• Contribute to improving user experience by identifying UX inefficiencies, friction points, and usability gaps


• Use AI tools to enhance productivity, including:

  • Generating test scenarios and edge cases
  
  
  • Analysing support trends and defects
  
  
  • Creating documentation and process flows
  
  
  
  

• Are based in the Philippines


• Have at least 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or similar roles


• Have strong hands-on experience in:
  
  
  
  • Requirements gathering and user story creation
  
  
  • Writing structured acceptance criteria and test cases
  
  
  • Supporting manual testing, UAT, and defect validation
  
  
  
  


• Have a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in an Agile environment


• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail


• Are confident communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders


• Have experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)


• Are comfortable working across multiple responsibilities (BA + QA + support)

• Experience working with Salesforce platform


• Exposure to healthcare, disability, or service-based organisations


• Experience with UX thinking, design improvements, or usability optimisation


• Familiarity with wireframing or prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Balsamiq)


• Experience analysing support tickets or system performance trends


• Strong interest in using AI tools to improve workflows and output quality

• Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT


• Remote work setup. Must be willing to report onsite in BGC, Taguig once per month
