About This Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Brokerage Client Assistant.

In This Role, You Will

  • Support the Financial Advisory teams and their clients by providing account servicing, maintenance, new account opening, and completing various other administrative tasks
  • Identify ways to improve Remote Client Associate Support Team (RCAST) Brokerage Client Support processes and offer RCAST Brokerage Client Support work group ideas
  • Perform moderately complex administrative and operational tasks within RCAST Brokerage Client Support functional area
  • Assist with day-to-day client servicing requests
  • Responding to inquiries and requests for researching account related issues
  • Receive direction from supervisor and Financial Advisory functional area and escalate non-routine questions
  • Interact with Financial Advisory functional area and RCAST leadership on wide range of inquiries or requests

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Brokerage and Client Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training or education

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related courses
  • Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in brokerage operations, financial services and investment back-office
  • Strong understanding of US brokerage account types, securities and basic investment products
  • Familiarity with trade lifecycles, settlement processes and reconciliations
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and documentation skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Willing to work onsite (BGC office)
