Job Description
Ability to systematically source out relevant information regarding current and evolving customers, competition, solutions, and marketing opportunities from various resources to develop the customer and market profile
Thinking expansively to understand the complexities and interdependencies of various types of information (customer, economic, trade, technology, business, competition, trends) and able to make connections between seemingly disparate ideas
Acumen to identify, evaluate, and draw logical conclusions from available data to create business decisions and strategies
Ability to project future financial and operational resources and requirements, manage and deliver profits through an effective balance of revenues and costs

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT & RETENTION
Drives the overall retention strategy with Globe Prepaids growing customer base, ensuring their engagement and subscriber quality
Leads insights-generation and global trends spotting for increasing brand love and brand engagement
In collaboration with other stakeholders, recommends and implements programs to improve subscriber quality
Leads and orchestrates all engagement and experience reviews (Dashboards, Brand Reviews
PLATFORMS
Drives overall brand experience in all online and on-ground platforms of Globe Prepaid - ensuring that all interactions with the Globe Prepaid customers are aligned with the brand thrust and imagery, and the behavior of the key target segment
Leads insights-generation and global trends spotting for increasing brand love and brand engagement via activations, events and sponsorships
DEVICE AND SIMS PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
Leads the device and SIMs strategy formulation of Globe Prepaid to sustain revenue growth and relevance
Oversees the regular update and refinement brand customer insights and GTM initiatives related to devices and SIMs
Oversees the management of Globe Prepaids device and SIMs portfolio and regular review of product performance across the portfolio (weekly dashboards, brand reviews, etc.), managing and ensuring revenue growth and profitability of the overall device and SIMs
Develops training plan to further brand skills based on baseline performance
Undertakes performance management activities to ensure delivery of goals and behavior is aligned with Globe’s Leadership Competencies
Builds succession plan for team to ensure business continuity
