Bring our Smoke-Free Product (SFP) brands to life through strong execution, disciplined coordination, and impactful on-ground presence.

As Brand Deployment Manager, you will support the rollout of brand strategies by planning, coordinating, and executing brand campaigns, product launches, events, and partnerships across key channels. You will work closely with Marketing, Digital, Consumer Programs, Consumer Engagement, deployment channel teams, and external partners to ensure brands show up consistently, compliantly, and with excellence across all touchpoints.

This role is critical in translating strategy into flawless execution, ensuring every activation reinforces brand objectives and builds awareness, engagement, and brand equity.

What Your Day Looks Like

Brand Deployment & Execution

  • Support planning and execution of brand campaigns, product launches, and activations across owned and partnered events, retail channels, key accounts/modern trade, and LAMPS.
  • Ensure brand strategies are executed consistently and in line with approved guidelines, restrictions, and company standards.
  • Support delivery of brand presence in key premium events and approved partnerships.

Planning & Coordination

  • Support development of deployment toolboxes following brand cycle kick-offs.
  • Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources in partnership with Marketing and Consumer Engagement teams.
  • Manage event and participation requests, ensuring requirements are complete, aligned, and ready prior to brand approval.
  • Anticipate execution risks and support mitigation planning in line with company guidelines.

Brand Collaborations & Partnerships

  • Identify and recommend collaboration and partnership opportunities that support brand strategies and deployment objectives.
  • Support development of collaboration and partnership concepts and briefs.
  • Evaluate potential partners based on brand fit, relevance, and execution feasibility.
  • Coordinate execution of collaborations and partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track execution KPIs and consolidate post-activity reports.
  • Support performance reviews by gathering data, insights, and learnings.
  • Apply insights and learnings to help improve future brand deployments.

Who Were Looking For

With a brand marketing background and comfortable moving between strategy and execution. Understands brand positioning, objectives, and guardrails. Have hands-on experience translating these into consistent, high-quality on-ground execution.

Structured, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams while ensuring brand integrity is upheld across all touchpoints.

  • Has experience in brand marketing, with meaningful exposure to brand deployment, activations, launches, or experiential execution
  • Understands brand strategy, positioning, and guidelines, and can translate these into effective on-ground and channel executions
  • Has supported product launches and integrated brand campaigns, working across events, retail, partnerships, and digital touchpoints
  • Is experienced in cross-functional collaboration, particularly with Brand, Digital, Consumer Programs, Consumer Engagement, and channel teams
  • Demonstrates strong executional discipline and project management skills, including timeline, budget, and vendor coordination
  • Is comfortable working with agencies, suppliers, and external partners to deliver brand-aligned executions
  • Can anticipate execution risks and proactively support mitigation while staying within brand and compliance guardrails
  • Is analytical and able to track KPIs, consolidate results, and translate learnings into improvements for future deployments

Work Schedule and Location

    • Generally Mondays to Fridays on a hybrid work arrangement, with a minimum of 3 days on-site.
    • Based in The Finance Centre (TFC) Head Office in BGC.
