As a Brand Deployment Executive, you will support the Brand Engagement Manager and work closely with Brand Deployment Managers in bringing brand strategies to life across campaigns, product launches, events, and partnerships. You will play a key role in ensuring brands show up consistently, compliantly, and with quality across all approved touchpoints.

You Will

Brand Deployment & Execution

• Support brand campaigns, launches, and activations across events and key channels.
• Ensure all executions follow brand guidelines and company standards.
• Assist in delivering brand presence at premium events and partnerships.
  
  

Planning & Coordination

• Help create and rollout deployment toolboxes after brand cycle kick‑offs.
• Coordinate timelines, requirements, and resources with deployment managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Manage event requirements and documentation, ensuring readiness for approval.
• Flag execution risks and support mitigation.
  
  

Brand Collaborations & Partnerships

• Assist in assessing collaboration opportunities for brand fit.
• Support development of concepts, briefs, and execution requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners for seamless implementation.
  
  

Monitoring & Reporting

• Track KPIs and consolidate post‑event/activity reports.
• Gather insights to support reviews and improve future executions.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree with a strong foundation in brand marketing or execution; comfortable supporting both planning and on‑ground delivery while managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Experience in brand marketing, brand deployment, activations, events, or experiential execution.
• Basic understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and executional guidelines.
• Exposure to product launches or integrated brand campaigns across events, retail, or partnerships.
• Experience coordinating with agencies, suppliers, or external partners.
