Your Role

As a Billing Analyst, you will:

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices and credit notes in accordance with CSP instructions and internal controls.
• Manage WIP (Work in Progress) and matter credit transfers based on billing schedules and specific stakeholder requests.
• Validate billing data and revenue recognition to ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements.
• Analyze billing reports and aging data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments and CSPs to resolve complex billing discrepancies and disputes.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 1–3 years of experience in Billing, Revenue Operations, or Finance Shared Services.
• Strong proficiency in billing operations, including preparing, reviewing, and adjusting high-volume invoices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate audit trails.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal departments and external partners.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience in high-volume or complex billing environments.
• Exposure to contract-based, subscription, or usage-based billing models.
• Prior experience with ERP upgrades, system enhancements, or billing automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare aging analysis and variance explanations.
• Proven ability to contribute to process standardization and workflow improvements.
