Bid Design Manager

About the role

The Bid Design Manager creates high impact graphics and proposal images that contribute towards producing a winning proposal. The Bid Design Manager will work as an integral part of the bid / proposal team to ensure all customer facing documentation / media is of the highest visual impact. The Bid Design Manager is accountable for key content development stages of the Bid Lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing

• Supports the bid and proposal team in the production of customer facing imagery and designs that convey value propositions, win themes and the solution narrative.
• Creates compelling designs, illustrations and graphics in a variety of formats, including but not limited to; high profile presentations, diagrams, process flows, infographics, document design and visualizations.
• Ensures compliance with required proposal deliverables.
• Creates and manages a range of document and presentation templates.
• Precisely control and interpret information flow between team members.
• Ability to work in a deadline-orientated environment without compromising artistic creativity.
• Works in adherence to corporate brand guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail with a creative focus.
• Continuously on the lookout for innovative designs, technology or processes to ensure we remain ahead of our competition
• Ability to support in the creation / editing of videos
• Prototyping and wireframing apps or webpages
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

About you

EDUCATION & JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Background in Creative / Artistic Discipline. You will be advanced with PowerPoint design, with strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
• Prior MSP design, Program Management and/or project management experience
• Six Sigma certification: Lean Certification and/or Green Belt preferred, but not required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective collaborative working relationships.
• Ability to produce proposal graphics for use both in electronic and hard copy materials.
• Ability to turn written, numerical, and existing content into compelling visual representations.
• Confident in working with a range of software and design tools to create design output that can be incorporated into tender documents and accompanying materials such as brochures, document wallets, webpage drafts and wireframe, app prototypes/mock-ups, and other media as specified / required by the client.
