Job Description

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, providing solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of various components within the platform partner ecosystem. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to discussions aimed at improving service delivery and enhancing system performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Assist in the identification and resolution of software issues across multiple components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Document troubleshooting processes and solutions for future reference.
  • Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.


  • Professional & Technical Skills:


  • Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Platform Partner Ecosystem Enablement.
  • Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Bahasa, Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex software issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle and application support processes.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information.


  • Additional Information:


  • The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Platform Partner Ecosystem Enablement.
  • This position is based at our Manila office.
