As an Azure Engineer Manager, you will lead the charge in developing innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network. You will use your technical acumen and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. Within our Product Innovation practice, you will be at the forefront of software and product innovation, focusing on meeting the evolving needs of clients.

As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver quality results. You are responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Responsibilities

• Leading software engineering teams in the development of innovative applications to drive digital transformation
• Managing client support and engagement workstreams, confirming alignment with business objectives
• Designing, coding, and testing applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, and C#.NET
• Implementing software development methodologies like Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
• Conducting code reviews and maintaining coding standards to enhance software quality
• Utilizing cloud-based platforms, including Azure, for application development and testing
• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional software solutions
• Mentoring team members to develop skills outside their comfort zones and encouraging innovation
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements
  
  

• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Bachelor's degree
• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
• Excelling in Azure Native Development and Testing
• Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) methodologies
• Demonstrating proficiency in C#.NET and JavaScript (JS)
• Managing API integrations and microservices architecture
• Leading teams in software project management and planning
• Embracing continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices
