About The Job

The Auto Loan Account Manager is responsible for maximizing the business-to-business of the assigned partner across all commodity groups (Two-Wheelers, Mobile, Appliances, Computers, and Furniture). This role serves as the central liaison, balancing Home Credits and Partner’s interest.

What Youll Do

  • Commercial Growth ( Drive sales volume and profitability .)
  • Sales Growth and penetration on Market.
  • Coordinate and Plan selling Marketing Strategy may be organic, digital, etc. with partner collaboration.
  • Monitor sales performances in segmented dealers and propose action plans to hit targets per product and per commodity categories.
  • Ensure positive profitability not only in Home Credit but also to the partner.
  • Identify Market Opportunities and challenges.
  • Partner Management ( Maintain and strengthen the strategic partnership .)
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partners.
  • Make sure smooth implementation in partner and store level on every new product/project launches that is outside POS business
  • Maintains long term relationship to the partner from a business -to-business perspective.
  • Operational Control (Ensure accurate and timely processing and compliance.)
  • Implement p olicies and guidelines that strictly follow company processes and compliance.
  • Build up strong operational team with sales network.
  • Monitor and timely deliver all business deliverables from Home Credit to Partner or vice versa .
  • Innovation & Strategy (Find new ways to unlock market segments .)
  • Propose and strategize new product suggestion .
  • creating articles to support KA programs and HC partnership .
  • Define the strategy and take actions how increase productivity .
  • Build up sales and marketing campaigns to achieve desired goals.
  • Set up short- and long-term strategy, build up motivation scheme for sales network and partners.

What You Need To Have

  • At least 3 years of experience in Account Management or territory sales is advantage
  • Organizational skills and ability to independent ly handle daily task
  • Good understanding of retail market and competition , possess an overview of CD market
  • Experience in retail sales / business-to-business sales environment
  • Experience in planning & executing sales or marketing strategies with results
  • Business Acumen in Retail, Financing, Business Development, Operations
  • Business Review Presentatio ns ( monthly /quarterly/yearly)
  • Knowledgeable to Metro Manila Areas or designated areas assigned to rove.
  • Good communication skills both in English and Tagalog with 1 local Dialect
