About the Role

Our client is a Sydney-based registered migration agency helping businesses and individuals navigate Australia's visa system. They have a growing portfolio of employer-sponsored clients and need someone who can step in and start managing cases from day one.

This is a processing-focused role — you'll be responsible for managing employer-sponsored visa applications from documentation collection through to lodgement and beyond. You'll work directly with clients, report straight to the RMA (the Director), and own your caseload with his oversight on complex matters before anything goes out the door.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage end-to-end processing of employer-sponsored visa applications, primarily Subclass 482 (TSS), 186 (ENS), 494, and 407
  • Manage approximately 20 active cases simultaneously across nomination, visa, and skills assessment components
  • Collect, review, and prepare all supporting documentation to ensure completeness and compliance
  • Serve as the direct point of contact for clients-managing communication via email, phone, and WhatsApp throughout the application process
  • Facilitate Labour Market Testing (LMT), sponsorship applications, and skills assessments as required
  • Flag compliance issues and escalate complex matters to the RMA for review prior to lodgement
  • Monitor application progress and keep clients regularly updated at every stage
  • Maintain accurate case records in the CRM and case management systems
  • Identify opportunities to improve case workflows and processing efficiency



What you'll need:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on Australian employer-sponsored visa experience - specifically 482, 186, and/or 494
  • Demonstrated experience managing the full case workflow: documentation collection, preparation, client communication, and post-lodgement follow-up
  • Working knowledge of Australian visa requirements, employer sponsorship processes, and LMT
  • Experience as the primary point of contact with clients-managing updates and documentation requests directly
  • Ability to manage multiple active cases simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience using CRM or immigration case management systems



Work Schedule & Employment Terms

  • Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
  • Remote work setup
  • Open to Philippine-based applicants only.
