Job Description
- Manage team of auditors across multiple geographies, setting clear goals, supporting audits, fostering collaboration, and managing performance.
- Conducted risk assessments by evaluating control designs, identifying deficiencies, assessing mitigating controls, and highlighting control gaps.
- Gathered and analyzed complex data, organized meetings and interviews with auditees and management, and ensured audits met risk, time, and budget requirements.
- Developed and communicated audit findings by reviewing working papers, coordinating remediation plans, writing audit reports, and presenting results and recommendations to management.
- Supported annual global audit scoping and planning, and led the planning, execution, and reporting of operational audits in a manufacturing environment.
A Successful Audit Manager Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA
- 10+ years experience in Audit
- Previous Audit firm experience
- 5+ years proven leadership experience
- Experience working with global stakeholders
- Take ownership in a new audit role and grow the team
- Work with a multinational manufacturing firm with a strong global presence
