A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Complaint intake and assessment
  • Translation to stakeholders (English Korean)
  • Customer Communication to record and handle complaints
  • Process the event within the complaint database as per instruction.
  • Field Corrective Action documentation

  • Required Knowledge and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree is a must for this role
    • 2 years of relevant experience is preferred
    • Fresh Graduates with learning agility and experience using MS Office will be considered
    • Able to communicate in both English and Korean (TOPIK II Certified) as the role will require communication with stakeholders from Korea
