Associate Quality System Specialist - Japanese Speaker

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Translate Japanese event descriptions into English (and vice versa) within the complaint database and complete other complaint handling processes as follows;
• Complaint Intake & Assessment and/or
• Complaint Coding & Literature search and/or
• Complaint Determination (including closure of non-complaints events)
• Translation of Event information
• Translate Japanese service reports into English within the complaint database with the support of a Machine Translation tool
• Process the event within the complaint database/system as per instruction
  
  
  

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree is a must for this role
• 2 years of relevant experience is preferred. Fresh Graduates with learning agility and experience using MS Office will be considered
• Able to communicate in both English and Japanese (N2 or above certification) as the role will require communication with stakeholders from Japan
• Proficiency in MS Office Tools – MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Share point, PDF
• Ability to process data accurately and promptly per instruction
