Lead high-impact AI and automation delivery engagements across the ANZ region, bringing strategic direction, solution innovation, and operational excellence to complex client programs. You will champion AI-first transformation—with automation as an accelerator—while shaping our go-to-market strategy and ensuring sustainable

Design, develop and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. Create data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL (extract, transform and load) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.

Summary: As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing using Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. Your typical day will involve creating data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and implementing ETL processes to migrate and deploy data across systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain data pipelines using Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data processing. - Implement ETL processes to migrate and deploy data across systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform or Pyspark. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with PySpark. - Strong understanding of data engineering principles. - Experience in designing and implementing data solutions. - Proficiency in SQL and other data querying languages. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - This position is based at our Manila office. - Databricks certification is a must Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
