Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Phone support to Employers (Group), Agents, Relationship Managers, funeral homes, and Beneficiaries or any other caller inquiring about a Life product.
  • Providing support within emails regarding Notice of Deaths (NOD), inquiries, and administrative emails requiring updates in our systems

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years BPO experience
  • 1-2 years experience with Insurance (preferred but not required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Can multi-task between phone and email interaction
  • No certification/ license is required
