Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with advisors, firms, and internal sales partners via phone to ensure all advisors possess the appropriate licenses, appointments and training required to offer insurance products.
  • Provide real-time support during US hours.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Complete necessary documentation in all utilized systems.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner that provides high quality service and encourages long-term relationships
  • Maintain knowledge of necessary products and services.
  • Adhere to applicable compliance and security rules and regulations.
  • Perform other job-related duties and/or special projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Two- or four-year degree, or equivalent customer service work experience
  • Strong communication (intermediate to advanced), customer service, organizational, and telephone skills
  • Excellent critical and logical thinking, with strong comprehension skills
  • Self‑motivated, able to work in a team environment, capable of multitasking, detail‑oriented, and able to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Proficient computer skills, with the ability to efficiently navigate multiple software programs and web applications
  • Ability to acquire necessary knowledge of applicable business unit systems, work with limited supervision, and exercise independent judgment
