Work with SkyLedger support team on clients upgrade and implementation projects.
Provide subject matter expertise on SkyLedger system
Provide ongoing assistance on Navitaire Development, Quality Assurance, Customer Support teams
Has working experience and advanced and specialized technical/functional knowledge in own discipline. Understands how own area contributes to the business. Acts as a reference for colleagues with less experience and supports junior team members.
Influences decisions related to own activity, anticipating dependencies and consequences in complex scenarios, contributes to transversal projects, proposes improvements to processes and is accountable for own and team commitments.
Works independently within plan dictated by manager, with some guidance on most complex situations.
Specific Accountabilities
Articulate business needs and translate it into backlog items that the team can refine and develop.
Performs systems analysis and requirements elicitation
Work with key teams to implement and prioritize functional and operational improvements based on observation and data gathered from client support and implementation activities.
Articulate & Develop value propositions and key messages corresponding to problem statements, and articulate them into product concepts or upgrades.
Writes user stories, features, and product backlog items
Prepares necessary artifacts, documents, analysis to ensure that the team is ready for sprint planning.
Tightly works with product owner and product manager to ensure that the scrum team is aligned with agreed upon product priorities, timeline, and scope.
Collaborate with different teams and functions to help ensure end to end impact analysis.
Coordinate different functional and technical streams to ensure end to end solution consistency.
Performs product validation testing of new and existing functionalities
Present functional demonstrations of new software features.
Performs product and implementation support as applicable.
Assists with the creation and update of customer and release documentation.
Leads requirements elicitation, research, and analysis.
Participate in agile events and lead refinement when applicable / required.
When applicable, fulfill Product Owner role and work with applicable teams to maximize the agile teams outcome.

About The Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Management or similar discipline with good academic records
At least 3-5 years of Business Analysis, System Analysis, Development or Testing or related role
Preferably with people/project management experience
Exposure in functional requirements writing OR business/systems analysis OR business process design/consulting OR systems development OR systems testing a plus·
Good analytical, logic and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills.
Proven discipline to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced and multi-cultural environment·
Excellent verbal and written communication skills·
Flexible work schedule; willing to travel
Amenable to work on a 2x-3x a week onsite (50% Hybrid setup)
Amenable to work in BGC Taguig
