Your Role

• The Associate Accounting Business Partner is the single point of contact for the CFOs (Business Partners) of specific legal entities within one or more countries.
• Responsible for the financial statements of the assigned legal entities.
• Ensure financial compliance with local legislation and Group Guidelines.
• Carry out tasks in close cooperation with centralized accounting departments and various Group Functions (e.g., Tax, Treasury).
• Keep the Business Partner informed about the financial development of the entities.
• Take responsibility for certain activities as agreed with the CFO.
• Coordinate financial and tax audits.
• Support projects in various roles.
  
  

Who You Are

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or a business-related discipline is required.
• SAP / BI knowledge and operational experience is a plus.
• Experienced in IFRS, accounting, and finance processes, with a good understanding of tax regulations.
• Solid understanding of local business and processes as well as group reporting.
• Accomplished in financial analytics, communication, and presentation in front of management.
• A team player, facilitator, and strong decision-maker.
• Fluent in English.
• Possess end-to-end understanding of Financials and high ability and confidence in interacting with business leaders.
• Amenable to mid and night shifts, willing to work in a hybrid setup.
• Amenable to work at BGC, Taguig
