Work Setup: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day work from home)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Finance Controller to support financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal control activities. The ideal candidate has strong accounting and finance experience, leadership capability, and a solid understanding of financial operations and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily accounting and finance operations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and review financial reports and management reports.
• Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements.
• Help strengthen internal controls and financial processes.
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
