Job Description

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering (strictly IE)
Minimum 3 years experience in retail apparel industry as a Merchandise Manager / Category Buyer
With strong background in inventory management and experience in garment/fabric sourcing and/or apparel merchandising
Supplier management skill is a plus
Must be willing to handle a local brand

Job Responsibilities

Inventory Management of Local Apparel/Fashion items
Conduct local and international buying of fabrics/garments/accessories and original samples
Negotiate with suppliers on pricings and manage product costings
Coordinate with Marketing Team in monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitors activities
Monitor sales performance and improve current strategies
