As an Artificial Intelligence Project Manager - Senior Manager, you will lead the charge in developing innovative software solutions within our Software and Product Innovation practice. Your role will involve driving digital transformation and enhancing business performance by designing, coding, and testing applications that redefine industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional networks to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while fostering diverse and inclusive teams that contribute to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
• Managing project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations in software engineering initiatives
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, code, and test applications that enhance user experiences
• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within software projects
• Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, maintaining composure and focus
• Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine software solutions
• Overseeing the integration of AI-driven automation and cognitive solutions into existing systems
• Promoting continuous improvement in software development methodologies and practices
• Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of learning and innovation

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 to 15 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
