Appraiser Consumer Appraisal

Job Summary

• Conducts inspection, verification and assigns value to moderate to complex properties being appraised.
• Prepares appraisal reports of the properties being appraised for loan, sale and acquisition purposes.
  
  

• Scans and verifies/examines requests for appraisal from various requesting units of the bank as to completeness.
• Can appraise complex real properties in various geographical locations.
• Conducts title verification to ascertain property ownership.
• Establishes exact location of the property subject for appraisal through approved plans.
• Inspects the property being presented for collateral, sale or acquisition purposes.
• Investigates and gathers market data, comparable prices of properties similar to the one under appraisal.
• Analyzes market data and assigns appraisal values to the property being appraised.
• Prepares appraisal report and submits it to the appropriate approving authority for review and approval.
  
  

• Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably with a degree in Engineering or Real Estate Management
• Must have at least 2 years experience in property valuation
• Has appraisal skills, knowledge in technical and property laws
