We're looking for an experienced Appointment Setter & Client Coordinator who can confidently manage inbound enquiries, nurture warm leads, coordinate bookings, and ensure no opportunity is missed. This is a client-facing role where responsiveness, relationship building, and conversion skills directly contribute to business growth. If you're commercially minded, customer-focused, and experienced in turning enquiries into appointments, this could be the perfect opportunity.


How You'll Make an Impact

  • Respond to inbound enquiries across phone, chat, and digital channels
  • Qualify and nurture warm leads into booked consultations
  • Execute structured follow-up campaigns to maximize conversion rates
  • Manage appointment bookings, reschedules, cancellations, and diary optimization
  • Proactively fill appointment gaps and maintain clinic utilization
  • Monitor and oversee AI-driven conversations within GoHighLevel
  • Step into conversations when human judgement and personalized care are required
  • Conduct client retention and re-engagement calls
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
  • Manage GoHighLevel automations and workflows
  • Provide reporting on lead activity, bookings, and conversion performance


What We're Looking For - You're the Perfect Fit if You:

  • Are based in the Philippines
  • Have 5+ years of experience in:
  • Appointment Setting
  • Client Coordination
  • Sales Support
  • Customer Service
  • Have a proven track record of converting warm enquiries into booked appointments
  • Have hands-on GoHighLevel experience including:
  • CRM management
  • Pipeline management
  • Campaign automations
  • Workflow management
  • Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Are confident handling phone-based client conversations
  • Can manage multiple leads, enquiries, and follow-ups simultaneously
  • Are highly organized, proactive, and accountable

Work Schedule & Employment Terms

  • Monday to Friday | Following AU Business Hours
  • Remote work setup
