- Champion AI/ML and advanced analytics to enable hyper-personalized customer engagement.
- Lead end-to-end development and operationalization of models for propensity scoring and offer recommendations.
- Manage and mentor a data science team, ensuring efficient execution and prioritization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven insights into campaigns and platforms.
- Monitor and optimize model performance to drive incremental revenue and campaign success.
A Successful Applied AI/ML For Hyper-Personalization Professional Should Have
- 5-8 years in Data Science/Analytics with strong AI/ML expertise.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML models for personalization.
- Skilled in customer analytics, propensity modeling, and recommender systems.
- Proven leadership in managing data science teams and stakeholder engagement.
- Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Competitive salary ranging from PHP 130,000 to PHP 170,000 monthly.
