Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will spend your day investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. Your role involves carefully analyzing system behavior, collaborating with team members to understand challenges, and ensuring smooth operation of software applications that support business functions. You will engage in continuous monitoring and troubleshooting to maintain system reliability and performance, contributing to a seamless user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and provide timely resolutions. - Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Proactively identify potential system issues and recommend improvements. - Assist in the development and implementation of process enhancements to improve system stability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. - Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance within cloud environments. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues in enterprise human capital management systems. - Familiarity with integration points between payroll modules and other business applications. - Ability to analyze system logs and error messages to diagnose problems effectively. - Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. - This position is based at our Manila office.
