Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will be filled with dynamic problem-solving, collaborating with team members, and ensuring that the software operates smoothly to meet business needs. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to discussions and share your insights to enhance the overall service provided to users. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Analyze and troubleshoot software issues to ensure optimal performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions. - Document processes and solutions for future reference and training. - Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their experience. - Stay updated with the latest software trends and technologies to improve service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM). - Strong understanding of application support and troubleshooting methodologies. - Experience in developing and customizing applications using Microsoft Power Apps. - Familiarity with integration of Microsoft Power Apps with other Microsoft services. - Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
